Welcome to the Education Service for Physical Disability.
The Education Service for Physical Disability is part of a joint
arrangement led by Kingston Upon Hull City Council, also serving East
Riding of Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire Councils.
The ESPD supports inclusive education for children and students with physical disabilities. The service identifies and advises on the educational implications of disability for pupils in any educational setting from the ages of 2-19 within Hull, the East Riding and North Lincolnshire.

Mission Statement
To reasonably provide any student with a Physical Impairment the resources and knowledge to access the National Curriculum to the same extend as their non impaired peers.
